All pre orders are completed online and since it is Hot & Fresh food, there are no returns or exchanges allowed. If we fail to deliver on the full order that you have paid for, we agree to refund the portion of the order that was not available unless we can agree upon an alternate acceptable resolution of equal or greater value. If you are unable to commit to the pickup time you committed to, please let us know as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements for a different pickup time. No refunds will be given for a failure to show up for your order. If you contact us to arrange an alternative pickup time, we will do our best to accommodate within reason and withing Food Safe & Quality Guidelines.
