Shipping Policy
We do not currently offer shipping, however in certain instances we may be able to deliver directly to the customer for individual orders over $300 on non-public setup dates.
Refund Policy
If we fail to deliver on the full order that you have paid for, we agree to refund the portion of the order that was not available unless we can agree upon an alternate acceptable resolution of equal or greater value.

All pre orders are completed online and since it is Hot & Fresh food, there are no returns or exchanges allowed. If you are unable to commit to the pickup time you committed to, please let us know as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements for a different pickup time.
